MPGT Polishing jet mist rice water polisher
MPGT series water polisher is mainly used for fine rice processing . By polishing processing it can effectively remove the bran powder in the rice, improve the oxidation resistance capacity of rice, make the processed rice clean and fresh and extend the length for presevation, after this the processed rice can be eatan as washed rice.

High pressure air for moisture spraying:
Moisture was sprayed into the polishing chamber by high pressure under fog state, it make the white rice surface was dampened uniformity and stability; So the friction between rice and rice , rice and polishing roller much more light and soft, it decrease the blocking of the polishing chamber, the output white rice surface are much more smooth and clean;
Moisture automatic control device:
To avoid block when the machine started for too much of water and rice, our machine equipped with Moisture automatic control device, once the no feeding or too much of material, the water pump will be shut down automatic, when the material reach to standard quantity, it will be opened automatically.
Easy to be operated and maintained:
We can operate the machine in front of the machine, the swift and the electrical ammeter is obviously, avoid economy loss because the wrong operation;
