Product Description

The overall processing process is:

Cutting  section - Drying section - Crushing section - Granulation section - Cooling section - Sieving section - Packing section
 
1. Chip section: Select the chip machine according to the output and the diameter of the log. There are drum wood chip machine and disc wood chip machine.
          
 This section will mainly cut wood chips, from the trees within 50cm in diameter, into small wood chips within 5mm to reduce the difficulty of drying and reduce the crushing power.
 
2. Drying section: According to the feed moisture and the output moisture, calculate the required evaporation, choose the diameter of the drum and the hot blast stove type.
    

Now there are commonly used three-cylinder dryers, single-tube dryers, air dryers, as well as fuel, gas, coal burning, burning pellet stoves.
    
This section is mainly used to dry the wood with 20% to 60% of moisture to 12-18% for further processing.
 
3. Crushing section: The dried wood chips are broken. The company adopts positive and negative pressure combined with discharging and dust removal methods to effectively reduce the wear and dust of fans. It is the most advanced discharging method in China.
         
This section is mainly used to reduce small wood chips to less than 8mm wood chips for use in the processing of pellet machines.
 

4. Granulation section: Wood chips are processed into granules with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. It is the most central part of the entire production line.
         
Prior to granulation, iron blocks, stones, etc. need to be selected.
