The 30TPD 50TPD 100TPD 200TPD 300TPD 400TPD 500TPD complete rice milling plants is one kind of comprehensive equipment for rice processing, equips with water mist polishing machine, color sorting machine, automatic packing machine, it can produce high quality rice with high efficiency.
The production flow chart:
The paddy material goes into ruff cleaning machine through vibrating screen and magnetic selection unit, and then material is forwarded into rubber-roller rice hulling machine, after husking the husk is blow off by blowing fan, and you get brown rice. Chaff and bran can be collected by bags.
After hulling the rice goes into rice whitening machine, in this process it will remove the skin of the brown rice, and makes the rice whiten. These rice whiteners has good performance, can greatly reduce the broken rice ratio.
These machine is our latest production for milling equipment. It has characters as follows: high efficiency, low power consumption, solid structure, beautiful outlook, easy to operate and maintain. At the same time it has the advantage of low noise, high capacity, high rate of gaining rice, low temperature and high quality etc.
After milling the broken rice will be separately from good ones, and rice will be polished by water mist polshin machine, and then sorted by color sorting machine. Final rice will be packed by automatic packing machine, which can pack 1kg , 5kg, 10kg, 25kg or 50kg bags.
