Safety precautions for using the machine

Please confirm the power supply used by the machine and do not plug it in incorrectly. This machine adopts a three-phase four wire system, with the flower wire being a grounded neutral wire for leakage protection.

Please do not cross the runway with your head and hands during operation.

Please do not touch the heating element directly with your hands.

Do not rinse the machine with water. If the workplace is damp, operators should not work barefoot.

Do not replace parts on the machine at will.

When the machine is not in use, please roll the straps inside the storage compartment back onto the reel to avoid deformation during next use.

Do not stick oil on the surface of the conveyor roller.

Please unplug the power plug when the machine is not in use.

The main components should be lubricated with oil regularly.


 Operation steps

a. Connect the air switch as shown in Figure 4-1, and the power indicator light will be on.

b. Turn on power switch 1. If the conveyor compartment is not full at this time, the machine will automatically feed the packaging belt into the conveyor compartment until it is full.

c. If there is no packing belt in the conveyor belt or the packing belt is not in place, rotate the feed/return button 3 to the "SEND" position to feed the belt.

d. When the heating element reaches the bundling temperature, the packaging operation can be carried out (it can be started). e.




Choose bundling method:

The "PACKING DESIGNING" button in Figure 4 is a packaging method button, which includes "Continuous", "HANG RUNNING", and "Automatic"

Three ways.

Continuous bundling method: When the "PACKING DESIGNING" button is set to the "CONTANUOUS" position

When the photoelectric switch senses an object, the machine automatically transports and packages the object without manual control, making it suitable for mass production flow operations.

Manual bundling method: Press the bundling button switch 5 every time to bundle once, suitable for situations with relatively slow production speed or scattered bundling.

Automatic mode: When the switch is in this position, the roller conveyor automatically transports objects, but does not perform packaging actions.

f. Regardless of the state of the machine, if it needs to stop running immediately, simply press the button. If it needs to be restarted, turn the arrow direction on the switch by one angle to restore its original state.

g. When packing, the object should be basically in the middle of the machine.
