This production line consisted of below machines mainly:
1) Pre-pressing plant
This plant consited of machines like flaking machine, steam cooking machine, pre-press machine, plate and case filter machine, conveyor, oil pump, oil tank etc. It is used to press raw material into crude oil.
Crude oil can be directly packed and sell, the taste is good and nutritive value is high. In China, many famous oil company sell this oil like LuHua, JingLongYu etc. This oil is suitable to sell in place with high temperature.
2) 30TON per day solvent extraction plant.
After pre-pressing, there are still a lot oil in the cake, so that we need this solvent extraction plant to extract the oil from the cake. The capacity of extracting depends on the oil content of material.
The machines in this stage include: Solvent tank, steam boiler, desolventizer, Hot water circulation tank, evaporatoring machine, stripping machine, condenser, solvent pump etc.
3) 20Ton per day oil refinery plant.
The oil from pre-pressing and from solvent extraction still can't reach first grade oil quality, so we need this refinery plant to have a further deep treatment. The important process is: Neutralization, Bleaching, Deodorization, winterization.
Neutralization stage using NaOH solution to remove the free fatty acid.
Bleaching stage using beaching earth to bleach the oil.
Deodorization stage adopting conductive oil recycling system to remove the smelly factors under vacuum conditions.
Winterization stage used to remove the wax in the oil, so that even in frozen seaon the oil will not freeze and deposit.
After above treatment, you will get first class edible oil, then you can pack them into bottles and sell to market.

Working principle of oil press machine
When the oil press is running, the processed embryos enter the press chamber from the hopper. It is pushed inward by the screw of the squeezing screw for pressing. Because the material embryo is in motion in the pressing chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure in the pressing chamber, a great frictional resistance is generated between the material embryo, the screw press and the pressing chamber, which makes the material Friction produces relative motion.
The diameter of the root garden of the pressed snail gradually increases. When the pressing screw rotates, the thread makes the material embryo not only advance forward, but also turn outwards, and at the same time, the material layer close to the surface of the pressing screw rotates with the pressing shaft, so that each material embryo particle in the pressing chamber is not Isokinetic, moving in the same direction, and there is also relative motion between particles. The heat generated by friction also meets the heat required for the operation of the oil extraction process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the embryo, destroys the colloid, increases the plasticity, and at the same time reduces the viscosity of the oil, which is easy to separate out the oil. Therefore, the oil yield of the oil press is improved.
The screw oil press has two forms: single-stage pressing and double-stage pressing. The single-stage has only one horizontal pressing chamber, and the double-stage adds a straight pressing chamber for the first-stage pressing. The screw press shaft consists of several screw presses and spacer rings that are sleeved on the shaft. Each screw press has a certain pitch and screw depth, and the screw pitch of each screw press on a shaft gradually shortens from the feed port to the discharge port, and the screw depth gradually becomes shallower, so the volume of the press chamber gradually increases from the inlet to the outlet. After the blank enters the pressing chamber, it advances along the screw stage of the pressing screw to the outlet, and the pressure it receives gradually increases, so that the oil is squeezed out one after another. Gaskets are installed between the press bars and the press bars of the cylindrical press cage to form an oil outlet gap, and the extruded crude oil flows out through this gap.
The squeezing cage of the large screw oil press is also equipped with a scraper, and the scraper mouth goes deep into the squeezing chamber and aligns with each spacing ring to prevent the blank from slipping in the squeezing chamber, prevent the blank from returning, and adjust the thickness of the cake. Therefore, the pressure of the press chamber is controlled accordingly, and the residual oil rate is reduced. In addition, the machine also has a cake clamping mechanism to make the surface of the slag cake smooth, and is often equipped with a steaming and frying pan, which can make the steaming, frying and pressing of the oil continue to be carried out. The screw oil press used as a pre-press is to pre-press the oil with a large pressure, and the pre-pressed cake is put into the oil press to continue pressing or extract the oil by leaching. Therefore, the volume of the press chamber at the inlet and outlet ends changes greatly, and the production capacity is also larger.
