Product Description

Shandong huanhai group co., ltd can supply all kinds of complete wheat /maize flour  milling equipments, the capacity can be from 20 tons upto 600 tons per day. Also we can adjust configuration to meet different request.

Flour milling procedures:

1. Cleaning section

1.  Remove the long straw, stone, iron parts and other impurities, ensure the safe processing of the flour mill plant equpment. 
2. Remove dust in the wheat, make the wheat material clean and thus the flour with good quality. This is the basic work before milling, also very important.

2. Milling sention

 This part including different size and model flour mills, and plan sifter, to mill the wheat grains into fine flour.  
(1) flour Mill: break the wheat grains, mill the grains recycling to realzie the good effect.
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size products.

3. Packing machine.
 Flour packing machine is used to pack the produced flour, it is fully automatic weighting and packing. The precision is less than 0.2%. can pack bags 5kg to max. 50kg bags.

4. Controlling equipment

 To controlling the whole set of machinery to work well and showing the process of working, as per budget conditions can adopt traditional cabinet control, or advanced PLC control.

Related devices like grain drying machine, grain storage silo, steel workshop etc. all can be supplied.
