Product Description

Biomass gasification power generation equipment mainly consists of biomass pyrolysis gasifier and syngas power generation equipment, supplemented by shredding equipment and drum drying equipment. What will influence the production for the electricity generating ?

1)  Quality of the material, different biomass material has different burning efficiency, also the moisture, dust content etc also will influence the poduction.

2) Sealing effect of the equipment.  If the gas outlet, feeding capacity to the generator will reduce accordingly, also it is dangerous.



3)  Generator performance.  The generator must be a specially made biomass gas generator, not normal gas generator, not natural gas generator, it must be made according to the characters of biomass gas. If you get a wrong generator or poor quality generator, it will be a poor quality plant.

4) Period maintenance. After working some period the equipment must be cleaned even to change, if it is not get cleaned for long time, the gasification efficiency will reduce and generating efficiency will be reduced too.
