Parboiled rice is a popular food in many countries, due to its nutrition and delicious flavour, it is welcome by many many people in the wolrd.



MCHT10 is one kind of new type compact structure parboiled rice mill, the structure is compact and easy to operate, also the processing efficiency is high. The drying machine can dry the paddy after boiling, then the paddy can be milled into high quality rice.

The steam boiler can adopt paddy husk as material, it has low energy consumption and can offer sufficient heating power for the plant.

The processing capacity is 5000kg per batch, and one day can reach 10000kg per day.


One unit Stainless Steel Paddy Process soaking Plant Comprises soaking Tanks No. 1 holding capacity - 5000 kg Paddy and steaming arrangements, Loading elevator with all accessories , Supporting structures in mild steel flat form, walkways, Ladders, instant hot water generator, monoblock water pump ,Water inlet and discharge pipe line , ball valves , and all other necessary accessories.

1	Precleaning &  paddy Destoning	This step will remove the dust and straw from the paddy, clean the paddy before soaking
2	Soaking	The aim of soaking is make paddy absorb enough water, creat conditions for starch pasting.During the course of starch pasting paddy must absorb above 30% water,or it will not be able to fully steam the paddy in next step and thus to influence the quality of rice.
3	Steaming	After soaking the inside of endosperm has got many water, now its time to steam the paddy to realize starch pasting.Steaming can change the physical structure of rice and keep the nutrition, to increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store.
4	Drying and cooling	The aim of drying is to make moisture reduced from around 35% to around 13%.To reduce moisture can greatly increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store and transport.
5	Paddy Husking	After soaking and steaming it will be very easy to husk the paddy and save energy, rice husking machine is used to remove paddy peel, when we will get brown rice.
6	Rice separator	After husking machine, still have some paddy cannot remove peel fully, so using the machine,separate paddy and brown rice, paddy will go to rice husking machine, and brown rice will go to rice mill machine.
7	Rice whitening	The pearling of pre-boiled rice cost much more time than normal paddy.The reason is that after soaking the rice is easy to become smectic. In order to avoid this problem we use blowing rice miller, and increase the rotating speed of rice miller,the rice bran transmission adopt neaumatic type to reduce the friction.
8	Polishing and Grading	Grading machine is used to separate different quality rice and separate broken rice from the good ones.Good rice come through the polishing machine, it will make the milling rice become more beautiful color and more smooth, thus to increase the quality of rice.
9	Color sorting	This step is used to remove some bad rice,  yellow, black rice, broken rice or some other grains or stone.
10	Packing	The automatic weighing and packing machine will packed finished rice into 10kg 25kg or 50kg bags.
