Product Description

This equipment can adopt maize or other corn as material, to produce grits and flour.  

The cleaning equipment is used to remove dust, stone, iron parts and other impurities.

The maize peeling machine is used to remove the skin of the maize.

The grinding machine is used to crush the maize grains.

The polishing machine is used to grind and polish the grits.

The germ removing machine is used to separate germs from the material.

The flour mill machines are used to grind the broken material and get grits or flour.

The Plansifter machine is used to grade the flour and grits.

The electrical packing machine is used to pack the grits and flour.

The whole system is closely combined and can work with high efficiency.




The moisture of the maize or corn material should below 16% and better above 13%. And volume weight should be aove 730g/L.

From this equipment it will produce about 20% by-products like skin, bran, germ, etc. If requested can also add machines to separate the germs.

This equipment need the workshop height should be above 5.5meters.
